One of my greatest passions is BBQ. It started with backyard pig roasts for our church, and before long, I found myself competing—and winning—my first rib competition at a church outing. That’s when I knew I was hooked.
Since then, I’ve expanded my recipes and launched a YouTube channel to share them with fellow pitmasters and grill enthusiasts. But this isn’t just about food—it’s about passion, purpose, and using what God has put in your hands to bless others. If you’ve ever heard me speak, you’ve probably even heard a sermon about BBQ!
